To determine the winners, The Knot assessed thousands of user reviews for 200,000+ wedding professionals within its Vendor Marketplace across various categories—planners, venues, officiants, musicians, DJs, florists, photographers, caterers, hair and makeup artists, and more—to find the top vendors of the year. Vendors who have received at least 7 reviews on The Knot with an average score of 4.5+ between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 received The Knot Best of Weddings Award. Mariah with Palo Coffee and Bar is amazing! We met at another event she was working (Sunflower Farm Farmfest Music Nights) and I just fell in love with the concept of her trailer. I instantly wanted her for our fundraising event: Cocktails for Paws. She had so many great ideas for drink choices and worked with us to stay on budget; since we are a non-profit that was very important. I can’t speak highly enough of how great she was to work with and the Palo coffee and bar concept is so cute for so many types of events!

Mariah and her team did such a great job serving drinks and coffee at our wedding. She was so helpful with making suggestions on types of drinks and how much to order. Mariah, at Palo Coffee and Bar was amazing! She and her team handled everything perfectly! I’m thinking about getting married again just so we can hire them to be our bartenders. They provided ice, coffee, snow cones, lemonade, water, club soda, etc… We simply gave them the beer and booze and they handled the rest. They even hooked up our keg for us. I highly recommend their services.

Hired as a second alcohol and coffee bar at our wedding. Super cute set up. Communication was good. Arrived on time. Expectations were exceeded. Look no further; hire them. They served alcoholic drinks, coffees, and flavored waters. FYI: the wedding was at a castle so don’t worry about the looks they are super cute and blended in well with our castle wedding.

We used Palo for our Christmas party. Mariah kept in touch with me before the party, giving me ideas for festive drinks, she made the planning easy. I never lifted a finger for the bar set up. From glassware to special hot cocoa and a holiday apple cider that was provided by Palo, all we had to do is provide the alcohol. My guests were so impressed by this cute bar and the customer service. Mariah was a hit, she had everyone laughing and enjoying this outdoor experience. Oh yes, we will be using them again for a summer party! Thank you Mariah and Jake for making our party a raving success!
